Receive against the exact ticket and PO line
For ticket-linked deliveries, use Materials in the ticket workspace. Record ordered quantities, units, stable PO lines, actual arrival, delivery reference and lot. The workspace keeps an auditable receipt and shows remaining quantities only when the evidence reconciles.

1 · Which PO arrived?
The barcode on our PO PDFs encodes PO-#####. A USB scanner types it — this box accepts either. Unknown PO numbers open a blank receipt.
