✨ What's new latest releases
v51 · Jul 22 — 🎮 Activity Score — now a game. Every teammate profile is a cockpit with Levels & XP (a progress bar to the next level), a 🔥 check-in streak, earnable 🏅 badges (Closer · Inbox Zero · On Fire · Fast Responder…), and the 0–100 Activity Score (Engagement · Responsiveness · Execution · Reliability). Below it: latest actions, tasks (assigned · pending · overdue · completed), communications, clients tended, @mentions, pages visited, who they work with most, outstanding items, missed opportunities, live location & last check-in. The Owner Deck gets a live 🏆 Leaderboard, and owners alone see the ⚠ Violations panel (auto-flags + write-ups) and private 📝 Leadership notes. Performance stays visible only to owners and to each teammate about themselves.
v50 · Jul 22 — 🗑 Delete — safely, with a paper trail. Quotes, requests and communications can now be deleted (right-click any row, or 🗑 Delete thread inside an email). A quick box asks why — pick a common reason (Duplicate · Created in error · Test entry · Wrong client · Cancelled · Superseded · Spam · Other) to fill it in one tap, or type your own; a note is required. Nothing is ever truly erased: it moves to Owner ▸ Deleted items with who deleted it, when and why — one-click Restore anytime, plus an instant Undo right after. Every deletion also shows in the Owner activity feed.
v49 · Jul 22 — 🔧 Reopened-quote markup fix. A saved pouch quote from before the markup field existed could reload with a blank Shannon markup and quietly compute at $0 markup. Now any reopened quote with no saved markup snaps to the current $0.010/unit rule (and an intentionally-cleared field falls back the same way) — so MF2607-163 reopens at $8,167.50 / $8,998.90 every time, and the 🧮 Show the math audit shows the 0.14750 rate correctly.
v48 · Jul 22 — 🔍 Show the math. Every internal quote now has a 🧮 Show the math button that opens the full audit: each formula from geometry → footage → stock → margin → Shannon forming (rate + zipper + markup) → base → unit price, with the exact workbook cell beside every line (B9, B13, B14, B19, B25, B54, F56, I56…) and the plugged-in numbers. Anyone — including the CEO — can trace $8,167.50 to the digit and check it against the Excel cell-for-cell. Printable to a clean one-pager, too.
v47 · Jul 22 — 🎯 Forming markup fixed to 1¢/unit — every pouch quote now matches the current workbook. Shannon forming carries a $0.010/unit markup (0.13750 → 0.14750), not the old half-cent. This is now the flat rule for every pouch quote — new and reopened — so M16213 (Veritiv Landsberg SUP) lands on $8,167.50 / $8,998.90, exactly like Fatima's sheet. Still per-quote editable in Cost Inputs if a job ever needs a different rate.
v46 · Jul 22 — 🎯 M16213 parity: the last $0.005. Fatima's Veritiv Landsberg SUP exposed it — raw Shannon forming matched OUR engine to the digit (0.1375 / 0.0955 per unit), but her sheet now adds a $0.010/unit markup where the OS added the old $0.005. The Shannon markup is now a visible field in Cost Inputs (default $0.010, per-quote editable); quotes saved before today keep computing at their original 0.005 so history stays honest. Both ground truths are locked in the test suite: M16249 at 0.005 and M16213 at 0.010 — to the penny.
v45 · Jul 22 — ✨ Polish pass. The login screen is sign-in only (local mode retired) and mobile sign-in is fixed — auth now round-trips on our own domain, which is what iPhones were choking on. The official high-res logo (from microflexfilm.com, 8549px master) replaces the old upscale in the nav, login and Home. The whole OS breathes now: cosmic-dust cyan — layered glows and a slow starfield drift (off for print and reduced-motion). And the home-bar assistant is a pure advisor: it never navigates on its own — every answer is insight + buttons, and YOU choose where to go.
v44 · Jul 22 — 🤖 The home bar talks back. Type anything and it answers in a real conversation: live data (“what does 120SG cost” → sell price, your cost, liner, lead · “where is M16249” → status card · “show me Developlus” → profile stats · “who’s online”), how-things-work answers with deep links and walkthrough buttons, quick metrics (“what’s overdue”, “open pipeline”), and it still DOES things — “quote for Acme” opens the wizard pre-filled and says so. Every answer comes with buttons that jump to the exact spot.
v43 · Jul 22 — 📚 The OS Guide teaches now. New How-to Library: 12 in-depth, step-by-step articles in categories (Quoting · Email & Comm Log · Clients & CRM · Materials & Vendors · Team · Mobile), searchable, with progress tracking — and the best part: ▶ live walkthroughs that dim the screen and spotlight the REAL buttons in the REAL app, step by step, gold ring and all. Every article deep-links to the actual screen it teaches.
v42 · Jul 22 — 🛡 The Owner Deck is fully clickable. Every line in the activity feed jumps to the exact record it describes — a quote line opens that quote in the Library, a request opens its ticket, an order scrolls to and flashes the order card, an email lands inside its Comm Log thread, a mention follows its deep link. Names open the person’s full profile (feed and team cards alike), and the team-card counters drill straight in: 📥 open → their filtered Request Log, 📞 follow-ups → their open follow-ups in the Comm Log.
v41 · Jul 22 — 🟡 You can feel your teammates now. When two people are on the same record — a quote, a client, a vendor, an email thread — the page rim glows gold and a chip names who’s there with a 💬 Chat button (instant DM). And @mentions work everywhere: type @ in any notes box anywhere in the OS and a picker appears — arrow keys or click, they get pinged with a deep link. Vendor notes ping too.
v40 · Jul 22 — 📬 Live mail, and you can reply without leaving. The inboxes now sweep every minute (plus a ⟳ Check mail button for right-now), and every email thread has a reply composer: pick info@ or moises@, type, send — it goes out as the real mailbox, threads perfectly in Gmail, logs itself as an Outbound entry, clears the follow-up, and stamps the activity log. Auto-signed with your name + “Sent from MFX-OS”. Client emails remain 100% human-triggered — nothing automatic ever mails a client.
v39 · Jul 22 — 🧵 Comm Log 2.0. Emails now group into threads (no more endless list) with 📬 info@/moises@ badges showing exactly which inbox they hit. Every thread can be claimed (🙋 who took charge), assigned (👉 pings them + lands on their Dashboard and Home), and carries its own activity log and internal @mention notes. ✅ Close & archive moves it to the 🗄 Archive tab. Threads auto-link to the client profile — and to the Vendor CRM when the sender’s domain matches a supplier. The old table lives on under 📃 All rows.
v38 · Jul 22 — 🏭 Meet MFX-OS. The suite has its real name, the nav is grouped into clean dropdowns (Work · People · Knowledge) that stay a simple flat list on phones, and there’s a brand-new Vendor CRM under People — 28 suppliers pre-loaded straight from the price books (Avery Dennison with its order desk & account code, Green Bay Packaging, Shannon Packaging, MACtac, Flexcon…), each with contacts, terms, lead times, the exact specs they supply, searchable and editable, synced to the whole team.
v37 · Jul 22 — ⇄ Switching calculators can’t lose work anymore. Flip Pouch ↔ Labels, Film & Stick Packs with a quote mid-build and the OS quietly saves it to Drafts first (Quotes board → live-drafts strip, resume with one click), then loads the other calculator fresh. Editing a Library quote? The OS closes the edit safely instead — the saved quote is untouched. Load Sample / Reset mark the form clean, so untouched samples never clutter Drafts.
v36 · Jul 22 — 🏷 Labels, Film & Stick Packs now price like the Master Estimates Calculator. Picking a label face stock auto-fills the marked-up sell price from the STD Label Stock List (134 stocks) — raw cost, lead time & availability shown right in the picker — plus liner and a client-safe adhesive. Label stocks float to the top of the Face Stock search in Labels, Film & Stick Packs mode. Recovered the sheet’s typo’d prices (133SG, 148WBOPP, 149TTR, 530WPO…) and floored below-cost markups at raw cost so no label job can quote under material cost.
v35 · Jul 22 — 🔄 Wake-up freshness: iPhones love to resurrect old snapshots of web apps — now the moment a stale copy wakes up (home-screen app or an old Safari tab) it checks the live version and hard-reloads with a cache-busting URL. Update reloads bust caches too. One manual refresh rescues any copy from before today; everything after heals itself.
v34 · Jul 22 — 📲 The suite is now an installable app: Share → Add to Home Screen on iPhone (Install app on Android/desktop Chrome) gives you a real icon, full-screen launch and the navy splash — no App Store, still self-updating. And the “extra stuff” on phones is gone: mobile sign-in now uses the redirect flow (iPhone Safari blocks sign-in popups — that was the loop), your session sticks so you stay signed in, and desktop keeps the quick popup with an automatic fallback.
v32 · Jul 22 — 📱 Mobile foundation: the top nav swipes sideways with safe-area padding, every two-pane screen stacks to one column, tables scroll under your thumb, modals open as full-screen sheets, inputs are 16px (no more iOS zoom-jump), buttons and chips grew to touch size, and the doc preview keeps its controls pinned. Same app, one URL, now pocket-ready — deeper mobile patterns (bottom tab bar, per-view tuning) can layer on next.
v31 · Jul 22 — 🧾 The client PDF was showing the SKU matrix with numbers missing the forming dollars ($706.25/$992.50/…/$3,612.50 — exactly). The SKU price model now carries forming/zipper and the laminate pricing mode, so its 1-SKU column equals the classic tier price to the penny; jobs with a single SKU print the classic Qty · Price/Unit · Extended table on BOTH the client and internal versions (the matrix returns for true multi-SKU quotes); customer-facing laminate names lost their leftover “—”; the red INTERNAL banner prints in color; and the internal breakdown table got readable columns. Note: manually-typed SKU cell overrides are kept — blank a cell to pick up the corrected math.
v30 · Jul 22 — 🪧 No more mystery dashes: when forming is $0 the breakdown now says exactly why — “not a pouch shape (film/labels never pay forming)”, “Size Around is 0”, mode None or Manual — and when Shannon auto IS charging, it names the table, zipper, CR and tier-1 rate. Plus a gentle heads-up when Zipper=Yes on a non-pouch shape.
v29 · Jul 22 — 📐 The last penny chase: a stand-up pouch entered as “Flexible Film Pouch” was auto-priced from the FLAT forming table ($170/$240/$360/$150/$300 under the workbook — exactly the SUP−flat rate × qty). Gusset Auto now also reads the project description (“…Stand Up Pouch” → SUP), the Shape list gained Stand-Up Pouch (SUP) / 3-Side Seal / Flat-Bottom, and the pricing note now says which config it chose and why — override any time with Gusset (SUP) Yes/No.
v28 · Jul 22 — 🔬 Found the last mismatch: the OS was adding the laminate’s MSI on top of the MSI Cost, but the workbook’s MSI is all-in ($319.41 / $501.23 exactly). New quotes now treat laminate as spec-only (a Laminate Pricing switch brings the add-on back when you really want it; old saved quotes reprice unchanged). And under the Cost Breakdown card there’s a per-tier Internal cost breakdown — forming rate & dollars (the D15/D20/D25/D30/D35 row), net/overage/total footage, material $, margin, totals — so the OS and the old Excel can be compared line by line. Internal only, never on a client quote.
v27 · Jul 22 — 📋🌐 The quote doc split in two. Internal Master Quote carries the full production story: net footage (B16) and total footage with overage (B21) under every quantity, footage per SKU, run hours, web width to buy, stock cost, quantity break, forming/zipper dollars, material sourcing (mfr · spec# · ships-from · lead · exact/master-roll) and die — wearing a red DO-NOT-SEND banner. Client Quote strips all of it and speaks customer: “3.5mil White Poly (PET)”, “Gloss Varnish” — never “Cosmetic web” or supplier specs. Publish to Portal now always sends the client version, and the modal has a 🔁 flip button.
v26 · Jul 22 — 📚 Materials & Dies grew into a knowledge base. Every film now carries manufacturer, spec#, supplier, ship-from, lead time, exact-program & master-roll flags, application keywords and a customer-facing name (internal “cosmetic web” never has to appear on a food customer’s quote). Dies carry cut-to, gear tooth, thread shaft, formats and ownership — company-owned by default, never charged. Coatings gained a compliance panel: FDA / water-based = OK for direct food contact, UV = not for food, with customer-safe labels — and adhesives deliberately stay generic (no suppliers or part numbers, anywhere). Search the tab like a brain: “ketchup”, “stick pack”, “Avery”, a spec#…
v25 · Jul 22 — 🤐 Zipper & forming now price themselves, exactly like the old calculator: the Shannon table (SUP vs flat, width bucket, quantity breaks) computes each tier’s cost — zipper adds 2×width per M, child-resistant adds 1.5¢, Microflex markup ½¢ — so 5,000 bags at 9.125in lands at $4,301.75 again, penny-for-penny. Manual entry is now an explicit override mode, changing any zipper option recalculates instantly, and rollstock jobs are untouched.
v24 · Jul 22 — 👤 Click any teammate (Team Pulse or anywhere their card shows) for their master profile: presence, what they’re working on right now, their requests, quotes, logged interactions and board posts — plus a built-in message thread that pops up on their screen. Performance numbers stay private (only you, and each person for themselves). Under the hood: the suite now announces new versions so open tabs refresh themselves, usage heartbeats merge safely from every device, and sign-in names snap to the roster.
v23 · Jul 22 — 🌐 The Portals tab now carries each client’s email trail: an ✉ pill on every portal row (lights up “new!” when a client email is waiting), the latest email under the row on hover, and one click jumps to that client’s filtered Comm Log. Team-facing only — clients see nothing new.
v22 · Jul 22 — ✉ Client emails now file themselves: mail hitting info@ and moises@ auto-logs into the Comm Log every 10 minutes (inbound = needs follow-up, replies to known clients = done) and shows in each client’s new 📞 Interactions section on their CRM profile. Unknown senders wait under the ❓ unassigned chip — claim one, pick the client, and their address is saved to the profile so the next email files itself.
v21 · Jul 22 — 🎬 The launcher went cinematic: razor-sharp logo rebuilt from the brand master (33× the old resolution), a soft floating glow, drifting paint-splash ambience, staggered entrance, cards that light up and pop on hover, and an ask-bar that types its own example asks. Honors your system’s reduced-motion setting.
v20 · Jul 22 — 🏠 Home is now a simple launcher: an ask-bar that routes whatever you type (“quote for Acme”, “log a call”), six big workflow cards with plain-English descriptions and “How this tab works” links, plus your unread messages, mentions and draft chips. The old insights Home moved to the new 📊 Dashboard tab (press 0).
v19 · Jul 22 — 🧘 Calm sections on Orders, Portals & Owner Deck. Every section is now a slim bar with a live count badge — click to expand/collapse (remembered per device). Empty and reference sections (Accepted trail, legacy portal activity, blueprint library) start collapsed to one line; worklists (sent quotes, new POs, job passports) start open. The long explainer paragraphs moved into hover tooltips on the section title — the page shows work, not prose.
v18 · Jul 21 — 👥 Team Pulse gets the three layers. Hover a teammate’s card: workload breakdown (overdue · due today · quotes by stage · follow-ups), the hottest item, and a 🎯 next-best-move suggestion. For Randy only, the hover adds the 🛡 performance layer — presence, check-in, minutes active, and ⏳ time left in the workday — and clicking a card jumps to that person’s full trail in the Owner Deck. Everyone else keeps the work view: click opens that person’s queue, no performance data shown.
v17 · Jul 21 — ● Presence: live online/away dots (from the usage heartbeat — green <2.5 min, amber <15). ✉ Direct messages: message anyone from the Owner Deck (✉ Message) or + New message in the Home Inbox — they get an instant popup with an inline ↩ Reply box, plus the toast and nav badge. Threads live in the ✉ Inbox card on everyone’s Home: unread counts, expand to read (auto-marks read), reply inline. Mentions stay in the 🔔 card; DMs have their own home.
v16 · Jul 21 — 🛡 Owner Deck (visible only to Randy): every movement in the suite in one live feed — quotes, requests, orders, comms, board, @mentions, live drafts — filterable by person; per-person cards with ✅ daily check-in, ⏱ minutes active, top views, moves today and open load; 📊 7-day usage. Minutes count only while the app is open & visible.
v15 · Jul 21 — 🧘 Calm UI. Three layers everywhere: rows show only KEY data; hover reveals more (values, dates, secondary actions — on touch everything stays visible); click opens the full story (edit, notes, activity log). Heavy engine cards (📦 Pack/Ship, 🏷️ One-Time Charges, 🧾 SKU matrix) now start collapsed with live summaries in the header ("· MA: Yes · pack 500 · $650 total") and remember how you leave them, per device. Section headers are color-coded by domain (quotes cyan · orders green · portals teal).
v14 · Jul 21 — 📦 Full Master-Estimate workbook parity. New "Pack, Ship & Job Specs" card in the engine: Machine Applied · Pack Quantity · Final Size W×H · # Pouches/Display · # Displays/Master · Blind Shipping · Shipment Destination · Payment Method · PPC Quote # · Gear Tooth · Modified Print Cylinder — all saved with every quote. One-Time Charges gains the workbook rate×count math: Art Hours × $/hr and # Match Prints × $/ea with ⚙ tap-to-apply. (The workbook display/master/pallet configurator is queued as its own module.)
v13 · Jul 21 — 📐 The engine spec block now carries the workbook roll specs: Labels/Roll · Max Roll OD · Core Diameter · Wind Direction (#1–#8) alongside Corner Radius — saved with every quote snapshot. 🤐 Zipper costs are manual + remembered: enter a cost once, tap 💾 to make it the TEAM STANDARD for that zipper type — from then on picking that type auto-fills the cost as Confirmed for everyone (stored in the shared catalog). No standard yet → state flips to TBD (priced at your estimate, flagged verify).
v12 · Jul 21 — 🔧 Work-in-progress strip under the Quotes board: every pending, live-draft and in-progress quote from the whole team, each row showing 👤 assignee, 🕓 who worked on it last, and 📝 note count — click for the full trail and add internal notes (@mentions ping). Drafts now open the same detail card (▶ Continue / 🗑 Discard from there). 🟦 Square Label + every workbook Die-List shape added (Perf, Perf/Sheeter, Flexible Circle, Display Box, Knife Cut, Magnetic Cylinder). 🤐 Zipper TBD now PRICES your estimate and flags VERIFY — real zipper types in the spec picker; nothing silently drops to zero.
v11 · Jul 21 — ✎ Live shared quote drafts: the engine auto-saves your work-in-progress every few seconds (2.5s after you stop typing) as a per-person draft everyone can see — it appears on the Quotes board In-Progress lane as "✎ LIVE DRAFT · name · Xm ago". Click it to ▶ continue right where they left off, 🗑 to discard. Save to Library converts the draft into the real quote. No more invisible work-in-progress.
v10 · Jul 21 — 🏭 Orders is now a quote→PO→SO pipeline: 📤 sent quotes awaiting PO (age-flagged, one-tap follow-up), 📥 new POs to process, 🖊 accepted → Sales Orders, plus SO-doc chips (📝 draft · 📤 sent · 🖊 signed), status filters and portal links on every job passport. NEW 🌐 Portals tab (key 9): every published quote portal — signature/PO state, chat with needs-reply flags, ↗ open & 🔗 copy links — and SO e-sign documents.
v9 · Jul 21 — ⚖ Per-tier stock margins in the quote engine (pairs with each quantity tier, workbook D19–D23 style; blank = base margin, SKU matrix stays on base) + 📁 Comm Log saved views: dept desks with live open counts, 👤 My follow-ups, and ⭐ save any filter + search combo as a one-click view.
v8 · Jul 21 — 🔔 @mention any teammate anywhere (board, comms, requests, client notes) → they get a Home notification + popup. 🌐 Client-portal chat right on the CRM profile (replies appear on their portal quote), and portal comments auto-log into the Comm Log.
v7 · Jul 21 — 📞 Communication Log tab (every client touch: client · channel · department · follow-up deadlines) + this tab-by-tab manual.
v6 · Jul 21 — OS Guide tab + live team board (this page!).
v5.2 · Jul 21 — shareable deep links, URL follows your view, CRM profile links, ⌨ nav button, board declutter.
v5 / v5.1 · Jul 21 — right-click menus everywhere · keyboard shortcuts · local-time date fixes app-wide.
v4 · Jul 21 — movable/filterable columns + Request kanban + drag-and-drop quote board.
Mission Deck · Jul 21 — the personalized Home dashboard: My Day, attention chips, pulse, pipelines, team pulse.
